Really good Hotel Experience!

The room was clean. The location is convenient, providing easy access to various places. Some front desk staff were really nice and helpful. The rooftop area with its pool and bar offered great city views.

The awkward layout of the room was not ideal. It affected the overall experience for me. I also noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain.

The hotel features a rooftop pool. I noticed it had about 20 loungers and a small shaded area, perfect for relaxation. The gym is equipped with three treadmills and a couple of stationary bikes for guest use. The hotel also provides complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

the rooftop bar and swimming pool were great! the facility was close to the church and the metro.

storage space in the room was very limited, so it was hard to unpack everything, even for a short trip.

mixed experience, design flaws and metro noise

bathroom design relentless metro noise

The bathroom design presented significant issues. exiting the shower required navigating to the toilet stall for towels. i found it unhygienic that there was no way to wash hands before touching the toilet door. additionally, the metro noise was relentless. The desk vibrated, disrupting sleep until late at night and resuming early in the morning.

the room size was a bit of a letdown it felt smaller than expected i found the lack of wardrobe space inconvenient especially since i stayed several nights the rooftop bar also disappointed the pool felt more like a small paddling pool than a proper swimming pool the fitness room was also quite small and limited

The location was close to bus stops and several restaurants. I found good bars nearby.

The staff did not react helpfully to requests. Little storage space existed in the room. I could not unpack the whole suitcase even for a short trip. The rooftop bar was sobering, the pool was more like a paddling pool, and the fitness room was tiny.

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many restaurants and stores nearby. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the air conditioning worked well.

the room layout felt awkward. a nasty smell came from the shower drain. i did not like the smell. the breakfast was disappointing. the selection could be better.

i upgraded to the beautiful room terrace! the beds and pillows were amazing!!! i got a very comfortable night's sleep. the staff was helpful and offered excellent restaurant suggestions.

the room was small! it was like one large room got divided into two smaller spaces. i found very little storage space in the room, a real inconvenience for unpacking, even on a short trip. the rooftop bar was disappointing, and the pool felt more like a tiny splash pool with its shallow depth.
